In a company with several branches the most ordinary question is the hardest one: how many people are on site right now? The answer usually arrives by phone, and it is as old as the call that fetched it.

Because every scan is written against a branch and a gate, the dashboard can show a live picture per site: who has arrived, who has left, and who has not turned up yet.

Punctuality figures are frozen when the record is created. Even if the schedule is edited later, a report for last month still shows what "late" meant on the day it happened.
